2026 Marriage Discipleship Application

Welcome to our Marriage Discipleship Training application, a place where WinShape Marriage can get to know you and hear your passion for serving marriages within your spheres of influence. We are excited that you are interested in being trained to better serve couples in your local community.

Before you begin your application, here are a few things you should know:

• This is a gift provided by WinShape Marriage and the Cathy family. As such, we treat the invitation with the utmost respect. Please fill out this application thoughtfully and thoroughly.
• Registration takes most guests 25-30 minutes.
• If you experience an error and aren't able to complete the registration, you can pick back up where you left off at any time by re-entering the same email addresses you used previously.
• When you submit your registration, a temporary hold will be placed on your card for the training cost. If your application is accepted by our team, we'll charge the card on file the full training cost and send you a confirmation email. Our team typically reviews applications within 48 business hours.
