2026 Pastor and Ministry Leader Retreat Application

Welcome to our Pastor and Ministry Leader retreat application, a place where WinShape Marriage can get to know you, your marriage, and your journey in ministry. We are excited you are pursuing an investment into your marriage and your relationship with the Lord!

Before you begin your application, here are a few things you should know:

• Due to demand and wanting to give everyone the opportunity to attend, we limit attendance to R&Rs to once every four years.
• The R&R is not a marriage conference. If you want specific marriage content or a category of focus within marriage, we recommend attending a Marriage Retreat.
• Registration takes most guests 20-25 minutes.
• If you experience an error and aren't able to complete the registration, you can pick back up where you left off at any time by re-entering the same email addresses you used previously.
• When you submit your registration, a temporary hold will be placed on your card for the retreat cost. If your application is accepted by our team, we'll charge the card on file the full retreat cost and send you a confirmation email. Our team typically reviews applications within 48 business hours.
• Financial assistance may be available on a case-by-case basis. If cost is a concern and your church or organization cannot provide support, you can apply for assistance.
